Seniors can often be lonely and the companionship of a pet can help with mental wellbeing, but often seniors are hesitate to adopt. This could be due to not wanting to deal with a young cat or kitten full of energy wanting to play, not having the disposable income for the higher adoption fee, or even worrying about having a pet that will outlive them (a serious worry for some seniors)
Our Seniors 4 Seniors Program works to connect approved Senior homes with Senior cats who just want a furever home to live out the rest of their lives in peace and quiet.
