The Feral Felines Rescue & Rehabilitation is a registered not-for-profit organization operated solely by volunteers and dedicated to humanely reducing the feral and stray cat population in our area. While not all cats will be deemed suitable indoor pets, the Rescue works to better the lives of all the animals that come into its care.

Feral cats are humanely trapped, evaluated by the Rescue, and taken to the veterinary clinic to be spayed or neutered. Our primary goal is to trap and tame as many kittens as possible. If it’s determined that a cat can be tamed, we will try and rehabilitate the animal for adoption. These potential pets are placed temporarily with foster families until they can be adopted into good homes.

Through the Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) program, healthy adult cats that can’t be rehabilitated are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers or those people already feeding them.

Any adult cat that cannot be rehabilitated OR returned to its familiar location may become a Barn Buddy. We work with barn owners who provide a safe and sheltered home for the animal so it can enjoy the rest of its life without the potential to reproduce.

To help ALL of these animals, volunteers and foster parents/families are essential. The more foster families we have, the more lives we can save.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Feral Felines Rescue & Rehabilitation advocates for the humane treatment of feral, semi-feral and stray cats. We strongly promote the TNR Program (Trap-Neuter-Return) as a humane solution to the overpopulation of cats in our area.

The mandate of Feral Felines is to provide TNR when necessary and to rescue colony kittens – provide them with medical care, tame them and then place them for adoption.

We pledge to give the feral and semi-feral cats in our area a better way of life.
